Last week's theme of needing to create peace in our lives continues this week. The angels also emphasise the need to clear old energy weighing us down, with decluttering, steering clear of toxins and clearing out negative thought patterns.
This week could be a bumpy ride, as we build up to a Leo supermoon/lunar eclipse on Friday, bringing through some intense energy. Be aware that you, or those around you, might be extra emotional or tense. Try to protect yourself from taking on board 'stuff' (ie energy) that doesn't belong to you. There are also messages about change, letting us know we are being guided to better outcomes.
In my first angel card video of 2019 (apologies for missing last week – I was unwell), taking time to enjoy things we're passionate about and the blessings in our lives is the main theme.
Minimising worry, being more present and healing from the past are all central themes for the week – very appropriate for those of you who celebrate Christmas, and certainly for anyone looking ahead to 2019 and wanting to improve their life satisfaction as they move forward.
Peace is the theme of the week. The angels remind us that deep within us there's a well of peace buried under all the layers of stress – our job is to dig through to find it, and make that a priority (instead of just hoping peace will appear by itself).
